Only the Treehouse is open during winter.
During the winter season, pizza and breakfast are not available – the house includes a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.

- The price of all houses: Sun-Thu 200 €/1 night - second and subsequent nights -10%
- The price of all houses: Fri–Sat € 230 /1 night- second and subsequent nights -10%
- For a child, an additional bed fee of €15 applies (available only in the "Treehouse").
- Each house has its own private sauna, the price of the house also includes the use of the sauna.
- You can also come to the treehouse with up to 2 children. All other houses are intended for two people.
- Cancellation / change of reservation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
- Additional guests are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Treehouse check-in at 15.00-20.00, check-out at 12:00
- Treesauna check-in kell 16:00–21:00, check-out at 12:00
- We can also provide transport from Tallinn to our location and back for €50.
